Return Policy

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! We are proud to provide an efficient and fast way to clean your dogs as well as make returns!

Customers have 7 days to return the product after it has been delivered to them! We understand issues with shipping the product back and will work with you to make sure you receive your refund.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded but will only be refunded based on the sale price. Products bought during sales get returns based on the price of the sale. 

Exchanges 

We do provide exchanges! We believe the customers should get the product they ordered in perfect condition. If the product comes damaged, feel free to ask for a return or exchange! Please note that exchanges may take some time as we need to wait for your product to reach the facility before we can ship out the other product. 

Credits

Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we do not provide credits for our site. In the future this could change, but as of right now we will absolutely provide a refund if you are unhappy with the product.
